Effective date: 10 September 2026

2. Website purpose

This corporate website describes Foxora’s business-to-business consulting, dating platform development and FOXTRA services. It is not a consumer dating platform and does not provide access to adult content.

3. Proposals and contracts

Website information and starting prices do not constitute a binding offer. The scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment milestones and assumptions for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement accepted by the client.

4. Payments

Prices and invoices are expressed in United States dollars. Available methods may include bank transfer, secure payment link and PayPal, subject to provider availability and acceptance. The client is responsible for applicable taxes, intermediary charges and agreed third-party costs.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful materials, timely feedback and the access reasonably required to deliver the services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, content, advertising and use of deliverables comply with applicable law and platform rules.

6. Intellectual property

Foxora retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, software, templates and tools, including FOXTRA. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. The Foxora name, logo and website content may not be used without authorization.

7. No guaranteed results

Consulting, development and analytics support are provided professionally, but commercial performance depends on factors outside Foxora’s control. Foxora does not guarantee revenue, conversion, approvals, processor acceptance or other specific results.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any project-specific written agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. Any limitations, warranties and remedies specific to a paid engagement will be established in the relevant agreement.

10. Changes and contact

Foxora may update these terms when its services or legal obligations change. Questions may be sent to info@foxora.co.

These general terms should be reviewed by qualified Ecuadorian counsel before production launch. Individual service agreements take precedence where they expressly differ.
